What Regulera collects right now, in plain terms - and why the full notice is not published yet.

What we collect today

Regulera is pre-launch. The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the buyer or provider forms, and we would rather state that plainly here than leave the page empty.

• Buyer list: your work email address and the framework you selected.
• Provider applications: your firm name, work email address, and primary accreditation.
• Why we hold it: to contact you when the relevant framework opens, or to begin accreditation verification. Nothing else.
• What we don't do: we don't sell it, share it with providers, or add you to a newsletter.
• Removal: email us and we delete your record. No conditions, no retention argument.

Why this page isn't finished

A full privacy notice has to name a data controller, a legal basis for processing, retention periods, sub-processors, transfer mechanisms, and your statutory rights under the regimes that apply to us. Those depend on where Regulera is incorporated and where it operates - decisions that are not settled yet. We would rather publish a short, accurate statement now and a complete notice when it can be correct.
