Regulera is not transacting engagements yet. Here is what applies in the meantime.

Where this stands

Regulera is pre-launch. No engagements are being transacted, no accounts exist, and nothing on this site is an offer of service. The terms that will govern use of the platform will be published here before the first engagement is arranged.

• Today, this site does one thing: it collects expressions of interest from buyers and applications from providers.
• Joining a list is not a contract and creates no obligation on either side.
• Provider listing is not granted by applying. It follows verification against the criteria in the Trust Charter.
• The commitments in the Trust Charter are the standard we already hold ourselves to, and they will be reflected in the terms rather than contradicted by them.

Why this page isn't finished

Platform terms have to define the relationship between Regulera, buyers, and providers - liability for engagements we do not perform, dispute routes, governing law, and the boundary between a marketplace and a party to the work. Getting that boundary wrong would undermine the first commitment in our charter, so it is being drafted properly rather than quickly.
